You have the right to request information about your stored personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, each within the framework of the applicable legal provisions.

If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Hosting and Server Log Files

When this website is accessed, the web server automatically processes technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested page or file, browser and operating system information, referrer URL and transfer status. This processing serves technical delivery, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Server log files are usually stored only for a short period and then deleted or anonymised, typically within 7 to 30 days unless longer retention is required for security reasons.

Cookies and Optional Services

We use technically necessary storage for basic website functions, especially to store your cookie and service preferences locally in your browser. External media such as maps, videos or comparable embedded content are blocked by default and loaded only after your active consent.

Locally Hosted Fonts

When you contact us, the data you provide is processed for handling your request and possible follow-up questions. Depending on the nature of the request, processing may be based on our legitimate interests or on pre-contractual measures under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

We generally delete inquiry data no later than six months after completion of the request unless statutory retention obligations apply or a contractual relationship arises.

WhatsApp Contact

If you use the WhatsApp link on our website, you will be redirected to WhatsApp. Use is voluntary; you can also contact us by phone, email or contact form. WhatsApp may process your phone number, profile name, message content, communication times, device and connection data and other metadata. Please do not send sensitive data via WhatsApp.

External Media

External media such as maps, videos or booking widgets are blocked by default and only loaded after your active consent or explicit activation via our two-click solution. Once activated, a connection to the provider's servers may be established and personal data such as your IP address may be processed.
