General Terms and Conditions
This English version is provided for information only. The German version at /agb is legally binding.
Binding language notice: In case of deviations or interpretation issues, only the German-language version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SanusClean, owner Hannelore Kaiser, Lilienstrasse 2, 93086 Woerth an der Donau, Germany, and its customers regarding digital products, training and downloads.
2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is SanusClean, owner Hannelore Kaiser, Lilienstrasse 2, 93086 Woerth an der Donau, email: info@sanusclean.de.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email or provision of the download link.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. The prices displayed at the time of the order apply.
5. Delivery / Access
Digital products are provided by email or download link after receipt of payment. The customer must ensure that the email address provided is reachable.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once SanusClean has started performance of the contract and the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins before expiry of the withdrawal period, as provided by German law.
7. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the acquired digital content for the customer's own business purposes. Passing on, selling or publishing the contents to third parties is prohibited unless permitted in writing.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. SanusClean is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, SanusClean is only liable for injury to life, body or health and for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damage.
9. Privacy
The privacy policy applies and is available at /datenschutz-en. The German original can be found at /datenschutz.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SanusClean. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
