Withdrawal Policy for Digital Services

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concerning digital content.

For digital content, this right may expire early if we start performance after you have expressly consented to the start before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right once performance begins.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
